Elise Waters Olonia integrates yoga and meditation into her work, offering accessible practices that support balance, presence, and connection. As an RYS 200-hour yoga instructor and certified Chopra Meditation teacher, she leads restorative, vinyasa, and chair yoga, as well as group Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) in Taos. Elise believes in the power of meaningful movement and stillness, guiding students to integrate body, mind, and breath. Whether through yoga or meditation, her approach fosters creativity, conversation, and a deep sense of calm in daily life.
